Lindap is a Registered Charity (No. 1156638) which designs and makes, or adapts, special equipment for people with disabilities in Lincolnshire, when suitable commercial equipment is not available. Our service is delivered entirely by volunteers and is free of charge to our clients. However donations are always welcome to help with the purchase of materials.

Volunteers Wanted

We are always looking for people to lend a hand. If you live in Lincolnshire, have transport, and have at least minimal woodworking or DIY skills then please consider volunteering with us. Membership of Lindap costs nothing, and material and travelling expenses are reclaimable. Volunteers choose which jobs and how many jobs they do. Most of us do one job every 6 weeks or so, and most jobs take only a few days to make and fit, so it takes very little of your time. New people work with an experienced member until they feel confident to do jobs by themselves. By joining you would be making a difference to the disadvantaged in Lincolnshire, and be using your spare time doing a really worthwhile and fulfilling activity, as part of a friendly and supportive group.
